Kevin - I had an emergency situation where I accidentally dropped my keys down the trash chute, and Kevin went above and beyond to help me retrieve them. I can’t thank him enough for his quick thinking and willingness to step in during such a stressful moment. He seemed so professional and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel at ease despite the situation. On top of that, Kevin always keeps the neighborhood clean and well-maintained, which shows his dedication and hard work. His positive attitude and kindness truly made a huge difference. Ms Shauna, Michael, Alexis & Gra’ Leecia are an amazing team. They genuinely care about the well being of their tenants. I am so grateful to have them as part of my apartment searching experience. Ms Shauna went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! I must say, choosing Mallard Glen was the best decision I’ve made in a while.. It’s truly a blessing to be a part of their community! I can’t thank them enough!

Michael! He was a great experience when first moving to Mallard Glen. I’m glad he’s still with the Complex after many different employees came and went. He’s amazing to work with and very polite. He knows his stuff and guarantee to take care of you. I’m not too sure about the others my experience with them wasn’t always the greatest but Michael ask to speak with him! I noticed he does rounds on the complex so it’s great to know that there is someone in office actually pay attention to the complex needs and genuinely cares about tenants. I just wish they had a park for tenants with children. I do believe with the apartment complex advocating for dog owners mainly do need to come up with plan for the dog waste that’s causing certain building to have overpopulated flies. Overall, it’s what you make it here.

Willie my maintenance guy was amazing he was kind and pleasant he did a great job!!!! I just living here at mallard Glen I feel save in this little community the staff are nice people they show respect they help with everything I been here 4 years since Aug 2020 me and my son Matthew Wilfrid my name Patty is we are ina one bedroom look to get a two bedroom when the manger said come on down and we will I cant afford renovated apt Denise said we will work something out
